My Guru is Delivered to Me November 7, 1995
Christian Drew Hensley was born to Chris & me on November 7, 1995. Here he is on the ride home from the hospital and it has been quite the journey ever since.
Along the way, we've all learned a thing or two...

Drew~ You have given my life purpose. You have taught me what it means to love unconditionally from the depths of my soul. You have shown me what unconditional acceptance means. You have helped me to see, just through your essence, where I have grown in my own journey and where I need to continue to stretch beyond my own limitations. Before you, I had always assumed that it is a parent's job to teach. And yet... there have been numerous occasions that you have become the teacher, sharing patience, humor, and insights. I am grateful for this tremendous opportunity to co-pilot this journey of life with you. No words can truly express the joy, love, and peace I hold for you in my heart. Happy 13th birthday!
